Passed course: Deviled egg cupcakes & pork belly and corn puree phyllo cups Appetizer course: Hummus plate with cucumber and pita Salad Course: Chopped romaine, feta, diced cucumbers, tomato, pickled onions, with lemon vinaigrette Please make your entree and dessert selections below Entree Choices: - Roasted Airline Chicken - Roasted chicken with potato puree, glazed baby carrots, with white wine sauce - Steak Bryan - USDA NY Strip with lemon butter sauce, sun dried tomatoes, basil, and creamy goat cheese. Served with potato pave - Salmon & Couscous - Pan Seared salmon over sautéed spinach, blistered tomatoes, and pearl couscous. Topped garlic cream sauce Dessert Choices: - Oreo Cheesecake - House made New York style Cheesecake with a Oreo cookie crust. - Carrot Cake - House made carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream and sautéed Pineapple. -Death byChocolate - Deep rich chocolate cake with a blackberry filling and topped with chocolate ganache, blackberries and chocolate skull candies.
